Payment Reminder allows you to automatically send reminder emails for pending payments, follow up emails asking for a review, and emails to customers who cancelled the order based on specific rules you create.
Email will be sent automatically after initial setup, which includes enabling reminders, selecting the interval day, and the limit on the number of reminders sent. You can also manually send emails for each order.
For example, for a specific payment method, you can send a payment reminder email if an order is still pending payment two days after the order has been placed. You can encourage customers who cancelled the order, by providing discount coupons whether or not they selected a specific payment method.
This extension automatically detects orders with pending payments and sends payment reminders. Emails must be sent to the users whose payment is still pending or who cancelled the order.
This extension helps you to collect customer reviews from those who recently purchased a product by allowing you to invite them to review the items purchased. As soon as an order is completed, a product review email is sent to user. Following that received email, user can give feedback for the purchased product in return.

Offer Shoppers Alternative Products

When a product is out of stock or no longer available, clients may leave your store without making a purchase. The Alternate Product Recommendations for WooCommerce plugin offers a solution. When products are not available, the plugin offers your customers alternate products to consider. When products are in stock, the plugin offers customers additional products to purchase.

Benefits

Customer satisfaction
Offering an alternative product lets your customers know that you care about their shopping experience.
Keep customers shopping and buying
A customer offered an alternative may be interested in that product and may buy it. Hopefully, they will continue to shop on your site instead of leaving in frustration when an item is out of stock.
Reduce cart abandonment
If a customer already has items in their cart and discovers that something they intended to buy is out of stock, they might leave your site. Offering an alternative to keep them on your site will hopefully also lead to them buying the items in their carts and/or the recommended alternate item.

How does it work?

Product no longer available

A user will normally see a notice saying an item is “No longer available for purchase” when they visit the product page of an out-of-stock item.

With the Alternate Product Recommendations for WooCommerce plugin, users will see the same notification with an alternate single item, or multiple items, to consider in its place.
