<h3>Add Conditional Fields for Product Options</h3>
Show or hide product options based on customer selections or other conditions. You can apply the conditions on the cross rule as well.

<h3>Add Global Product Options</h3>
Create a set of options once and apply them across your entire store. Global product options save time by letting you define fields that automatically appear on all products without setting them up individually.
<img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-18734006522749" src="https://woocommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/Add-Global-Product-Options.png?w=896" alt="Add Global Product Options" width="896" height="252" />
<h3>Add Product-Specific Options</h3>
Create options that apply only to a specific product. Set unique fields for individual products alongside global options to offer tailored customizations without affecting the rest of your catalog.
<img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-18734006522751" src="https://woocommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/Add-Product-Specific-Options.png?w=896" alt="Add Product-Specific Options" width="896" height="580" />
<h3>Flexible Pricing Options for Addons</h3>
Easily set prices for your product addons to match your store’s needs. Offer them for free, charge a fixed or percentage fee, apply fees based on quantity, or multiply the addon price by the product quantity in the cart for accurate pricing.
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400">Free (leave the field empty)</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400">Fixed Price</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400">Percentage Price</li>

<h3>Enable Price Per Character for Text</h3>
Extra product options for WooCommerce let you charge per character for personalized customizations. Set prices for adding names, initials, or phrases on products like cups, t-shirts, caps, and cards using printing, embossing, or engraving, and define a character limit for each customization.
<img class="size-medium wp-image-18734006340682 aligncenter" src="https://woocommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/Enable-Price-Per-Character-for-Text.png?w=896" alt="Enable Price Per Character for Text" width="896" height="385" />
<h3>Manage Stock for Product Options</h3>
Control of your addon inventory and ensure accurate stock tracking. It lets you manage the availability of product addons, so customers can only select options that are in stock.
<img class="size-medium wp-image-18734006340685 aligncenter" src="https://woocommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/Manage-Stock-for-Product-Options.png?w=896" alt="Manage Stock for Product Options" width="896" height="450" />
<h3>Assign Fields to Product or Categories</h3>
Assign extra product options to specific products or entire categories. This saves time by letting you set one rule and apply it to multiple products or categories at once.
<img class="size-medium wp-image-18734006340686 aligncenter" src="https://woocommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/Assign-Fields-to-Product-or-Categories.png?w=896" alt="Assign Fields to Product or Categories" width="896" height="218" />
<h3>Show or Hide Product Options by User Role</h3>
Product addons for WooCommerce allow you to hide or display product options based on user roles. Make options visible to specific users, all registered users, or guests, giving you full control over who can access each feature.
<img class="size-medium wp-image-18734006340689 aligncenter" src="https://woocommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/Show-or-Hide-Product-Options-by-User-Role.png?w=896" alt="Show or Hide Product Options by User Role" width="896" height="363" />

<h2>Add External Links for Product Retailers or Distributors to Your Products</h2>
External / Affiliate products are a great feature of WooCommerce, but they have one major limitation: you can’t sell a product yourself and link to the same product on a retailer or distributor’s website. This extension removes that limitation, and also allows you to list multiple retailers rather than one affiliate link.
Easily setup retailers or distributors for products in your store, including a URL to their website, then assign them to individual products. Customers can then purchase the item directly on your store, or they can visit the retailer or distributor’s website to purchase.
Perfect for products sold through multiple sales channels, such as a book available directly on-site, through Amazon, for Kindle, and Nook.

<h3>Easily Add Retailers / Distributors</h3>
Add your retailers or distributors quickly and then assign them a default link. After they’ve been added, you can assign them to products and set a unique URL per product. This is useful to link the product directly to the related product on the retailer’s / distributor’s website.
<figure id="attachment_152645" aria-describedby="caption-attachment-152645" style="width: 550px" class="wp-caption aligncenter"><a href="https://woocommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/woocommerce-product-retailers-adding-retailers.png"><img class="size-medium wp-image-152645" src="https://woocommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/woocommerce-product-retailers-adding-retailers.png" alt="WooCommerce Product Retailers Add Retailer" width="550" height="267" /></a><figcaption id="caption-attachment-152645" class="wp-caption-text">Add & View Retailers / Distributors</figcaption></figure>
Add retailers to specific products:
<figure id="attachment_152645" aria-describedby="caption-attachment-152645" style="width: 550px" class="wp-caption aligncenter"><a href="https://woocommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/woocommerce-product-retailers-adding-retailers.png"><img class="size-medium wp-image-152645" src="https://woocommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/woocommerce-product-retailers-adding-retailers.png" alt="WooCommerce Product Retailers Add Retailer" width="550" height="267" /></a><figcaption id="caption-attachment-152645" class="wp-caption-text">Add & View Retailers/Distributors</figcaption></figure>
You can now also use buttons rather than a drop-down menu to display retailers to your customers by simply clicking “Use Buttons” while creating your product:
<figure id="attachment_156909" aria-describedby="caption-attachment-156909" style="width: 550px" class="wp-caption aligncenter"><a href="https://woocommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/woocommerce-product-retailers-use-buttons1.png"><img class="size-medium wp-image-156909" src="https://woocommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/woocommerce-product-retailers-use-buttons1.png" alt="WooCommerce Product Retailers buttons" width="550" height="485" /></a><figcaption id="caption-attachment-156909" class="wp-caption-text">Using Buttons for Retailers</figcaption></figure>
You can even opt to only show retailers when your product is out of stock, letting you generate referral revenue instead of backorders!
This allows you to sell products directly, or generate revenue via your affiliate / referral links with other retailers (such as Amazon). Give customers purchasing options without losing out on revenue!
