Implement a Storewide Sale

Apply a sitewide discount in seconds, whether it is a percentage-based or a discount of a fixed amount. The Sitewide Sale for woocomerce plugin lets you create a global sale across all products in your store, and discounts are applied automatically, so you do not have to edit each product yourself. This is the easiest way to run storewide sales to help you grow sales without any of the hassle.

Restrict Sitewide Discount by Products, Categories, and User Roles

Take full control of your storewide sale by limiting discounts to specific products, categories, or user roles. With Sitewide Sale for WooCommerce, you can exclude certain items or collections from the sale and target discounts only to logged-in users, guests, or specific customer groups.

For example, say you’re running a sale on winter clothing, but you don’t want to discount new arrivals. With this feature, you can apply the 20% off only to the “Winter Collection” category, while excluding newly listed items.

Sitewide Sale for WooCommerce

Your all-in-one solution for storewide discounts in WooCommerce. Schedule, customize, and control sales with precision.

Most visitors who leave your store without buying did not dislike your product. The price was not right — yet. Price Alert and Offer Special Price for WooCommerce turns those exits into recoverable leads. Customers enter their email, the price they are willing to pay, and how long they will wait. You review the requests and respond with a private, personalized discount delivered via a unique add-to-cart link. They click, the price is applied instantly, and the sale closes — no public discounts, no store-wide price drops, no margin given away to customers who would have paid full price.

Customers submit their desired price on any product page — turning an abandoning visitor into a named, high-intent lead

Respond with a private special offer via a unique one-click add-to-cart link with the discount applied automatically

Schedule automated offer campaigns — or respond manually — with no store-wide pricing impact

Full control over which products show the price request form, and which user roles can access it

WooCommerce-native email integration with fully customizable templates and dynamic pricing links

The visitor who left over price is not a lost sale — they are an unmade offer

Every store has a version of this customer. They landed on a product they wanted. They looked at the price. They did not add to cart. They left. In a standard WooCommerce setup, that visitor is gone — no record, no follow-up, no second chance.

But that visitor did not leave because they disliked the product. They left because the gap between your price and their budget was too wide to cross in that moment. That gap is negotiable. The problem is that you never had a mechanism to negotiate it.

Price Alert and Offer Special Price for WooCommerce gives you that mechanism — without a public sale, without a coupon code that anyone can share, and without lowering your price for everyone who would have paid full price anyway.

How it works

Step one — customers submit their desired price

A price request form appears on the product page. Visitors enter their email address, the price they are willing to pay, and how long they will wait for a response. One submission, and an abandoning visitor becomes a named lead with a specific price target and a declared intent to buy. That is more purchase intent data than a wishlist, a newsletter signup, or an abandoned cart notification will ever give you.

Step two — you respond with a private special offer

From the admin panel, review incoming price requests and respond with a customized offer. Each offer generates a unique add-to-cart link with your special price applied automatically. The customer receives a personalized email, clicks the link, and the product lands in their cart at the agreed price — no coupon code needed, no manual order adjustments, no customer confusion at checkout.

Step three — close manually or let automation handle it

Respond to requests individually when you want full control, or schedule automated offer campaigns that go out without any manual follow-up. Either way, the offer is private, personalized, and sent only to the customer who asked for it — your public pricing remains completely untouched.

What this plugin does that a coupon code cannot

A coupon code is public. Anyone who finds it gets the discount — including customers who would have paid full price. It trains your audience to wait for codes. It devalues your product over time. And it gives you no information about who is actually price-sensitive and by how much.

Price Alert and Offer Special Price for WooCommerce is targeted. Every offer goes to a specific customer who declared a specific price. You know exactly who is price-sensitive, what price they will accept, and how long they are willing to wait. That is pricing intelligence — and it makes every offer you send more effective than the last.

Feature details

Customer price request form

The price request form appears directly on the product page for customers who do not add to cart. It captures email address, desired price, and wait time — the three data points that tell you whether the customer is worth pursuing and at what price. Instant email notifications go to both the customer confirming their request and to your admin team flagging the new lead.

Private add-to-cart offer links

Each offer you send contains a unique link that adds the specific product to the customer’s cart with your special price applied automatically. No coupon code for the customer to enter. No checkout confusion. No risk of the link being shared and used by someone else. One link, one customer, one price, one sale.

Scheduled and automated offer campaigns

Queue offers to go out automatically at a date and time you set — useful for managing high volumes of requests without handling each one manually, or for running structured follow-up campaigns on requests that have been waiting a defined period. Automation handles the timing; your pricing decisions stay yours.

WooCommerce-native email integration

All customer communications — price request confirmations, offer notifications, follow-up reminders — send through WooCommerce’s native email system. Templates are fully customizable with your branding and support dynamic pricing links. Every email feels like it came from your store, not a third-party plugin.

Advanced display and access controls

Choose which products or categories show the price request form. Restrict visibility by user role or login status — show the form to all visitors, to logged-in customers only, or to specific roles like wholesale buyers. Manage every incoming request and outgoing offer from dedicated admin menus, separate from your standard WooCommerce order management.

Use cases this plugin is built for

Recovering price-sensitive visitors

Capture interest from visitors who leave without adding to cart and convert them later with a private offer at a price they already told you they would accept. The conversion rate on a personalized offer to a declared buyer is dramatically higher than any retargeting ad or generic discount campaign.

VIP and repeat customer pricing

Send exclusive pricing to loyal customers without exposing the discount publicly. A returning customer who submits a price request gets a private offer that feels like a reward — not a store-wide sale that anyone could access.

Clearance and slow-moving stock

Move inventory that is not selling at full price by offering private discounts only to customers who have already shown interest in that specific product. Your public price stays the same. Only motivated buyers see the offer.

Pre-launch pricing validation

Before setting a final price on a new product, collect price requests to understand what your actual audience is willing to pay. Real customer data beats guesswork — and every submission is a warm lead for your launch.

Direct and social selling

Share special offer links via email, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, or Facebook messages for personalized direct sales. The unique add-to-cart link works anywhere — no store login required to click through and complete the purchase.

What your store gains

Sales from visitors you were previously losing. Every price request is a visitor who would have left without a trace. Now they are a named lead with declared purchase intent — and a mechanism to close them.

No public discount damage. Private offers protect your brand pricing and your full-price customers. The discount exists only for the customer who earned it by asking.

Real pricing intelligence. Incoming price requests tell you what your audience is actually willing to pay, which products have the most price resistance, and where your pricing strategy has room to adjust.

Higher offer conversion rates. A personalized offer sent to someone who asked for it converts at a fundamentally different rate than a generic coupon broadcast to your whole list.

Scalable without losing control. Automated campaigns handle volume; manual responses handle nuance. You decide which requests get which treatment.

Honest answers to common questions

Can customers share the special offer link with others?

Each link is unique and tied to a specific product and price. You control the terms of the offer — including whether it expires or is limited to a single use — through the admin settings.

Does it affect my public pricing or product listings?

Never. The special price applies only via the private add-to-cart link sent to the specific customer. Your product page price, your store’s public pricing, and any other customer’s experience are completely unaffected.

Can I limit which products show the price request form?

Yes. Display rules let you enable the form for specific products, specific categories, or your entire store — and restrict visibility by user role or login status.

How does the automated offer campaign work?

You schedule offers to go out at a future date and time — either to a specific customer’s request or as a batch campaign for multiple pending requests. The system sends the offer emails automatically at the scheduled time without any further manual action.

Does the plugin integrate with WooCommerce email customization?

Yes. All emails use WooCommerce’s native email system and are fully customizable — subject lines, body content, branding, and dynamic pricing links are all configurable from the admin panel.

What if it’s not right for my store?

You are covered by a full 30-day money-back guarantee. If it does not deliver results for your store, request a refund — no questions asked.
