TopLayer/LEO – Export

TopLayer/LEO – Export is a powerful, flexible way to generate CSV reports from your WooCommerce store. It creates detailed order exports with one row per product (line item) or one row per order, and it can include Custom Checkout Fields when the TopLayer/LEO – Custom Checkout Fields extension is active. If the TopLayer/LEO – Store Credits module is active, it also adds a store-credit coupon export so you can manage credit balances and usage in a single report. Exports run in the background, appear in a Recent Exports panel when ready, and can notify you by email.

Why you should choose Export

Get the right level of detail: Export per product or per order, with totals, taxes, shipping, and more.

Pick the columns you need: Choose built-in fields and add your own meta keys to match your reporting needs.

Works with other LEO plug-ins: Includes Custom Checkout Fields automatically and adds a Store Credits export when available.

Reliable on large stores: Background batching prevents timeouts and provides an email when the export is ready.

Clean and organized: Recent Exports makes downloads easy, and a housekeeping tool clears old files from /uploads/exported_reports.

How it works

Go to WooCommerce → Settings → TopLayer/LEO → Export.

Choose Export Orders (CSV), select your row type and columns, and optionally filter by date.

Click Generate to run the export in the background.

Download your file from Recent Exports (and receive an email notification when it is ready).

Optional: Use Remove Temporary Files to delete old exports stored in /uploads/exported_reports.

TopLayer/LEO – Export is designed to solve reporting and data-management needs for WooCommerce stores. It keeps exports fast and dependable, integrates tightly with the LEO plug-ins, and gives store managers a clear, flexible way to extract the exact data they need. As part of the Low Earth Orbit (LEO) suite of store-management extensions from TopLayer Creative, Export fits seamlessly alongside other tools that improve store operations and customer experience.
