Online shopping comes with uncertainty because customers feel fear to place an order without trying, which leads to cart abandonment and reduces sales. Turn this fear into a confident buyer with our powerful WooCommerce Try Before You Buy solution.
This extension allows you to offer product trials directly from your store, giving customers the opportunity to test items before making a final purchase decision. You can restrict trials to specific products, categories, brands, or user roles and set custom trial periods based on product type or quantity. It also lets you apply a trial fee, manage returns through a structured process, and enable trial options across your entire store. All trial activity can be tracked and managed from a detailed dashboard.
A complete solution to make your store similar to popular brands that offer try-before-you-buy experiences.

How does Try Before You Buy Work?

Once activated, customers will be able to see a “Try Before You Buy” button on eligible products. When a customer starts a trial, their payment details are collected, and a trial fee is charged, if applicable. Customers can choose to keep or return the product. If they decide to keep it, the remaining balance is automatically charged; otherwise, they can return it by following your store’s return process.

What is LiveChat?

LiveChat is a customer support tool that enables businesses to engage with their customers, increase sales and satisfaction through multiple channels like your store, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger.

The way it works is simple: you integrate a live chat feature on your website, and then wait for your visitors to initiate a conversation or, if you prefer, invite them to chat. This will result in happier customers, resolved issues, and increased sales for you.

Engage your customers while they browse your store with coupons, deals, and announcements using the automated chat invitations feature. Improve the look of your store with a modern chat interface, customizable chat buttons, and attractive designs. With LiveChat, you can connect with your customers asynchronously, even after business hours. This means you can maintain communication without needing to be available 24/7.

When chatting with a customer, you can see their previous order details, shipping address, total amount, product information, and quantity of products right next to your conversation. This helps you quickly understand the customer’s situation and suggest complementary products or provide assistance more efficiently.
