The first function of the plugin is to provide secure access to specific WooCommerce data, such as product information and shipping statuses, from the byNeural platform. Only public product details that are already visible on the WooCommerce website are accessible. To access shipping statuses, the order ID and an access key must be provided, ensuring that only the customer who placed the order can retrieve this information. The plugin requires the WordPress user to enter an access key in the plugin’s settings panel.
