<p>Once connected, the plugin can automatically add the Setlyy WhatsApp widget to your public pages. <p>Conversation handling, WhatsApp assistant behavior, lead qualification, tracking, and follow-ups are managed by your Setlyy account.</p>

<h3>Data handling and privacy</h3>
<h4>What data is stored in WordPress?</h4>
<p>The plugin stores connection and display settings in the WordPress options table, including:</p>

<li>the connected Setlyy agent ID;</li>
<li>Setlyy endpoint URLs used by the plugin;</li>
<li>campaign links synchronized from Setlyy;</li>
<li>the latest sync timestamp and sync error message, if any;</li>
<li>the widget enabled/disabled setting.</li>

<p>The plugin does not store visitor conversations in WordPress. Conversations, AI configuration, qualification logic, follow-ups, and lead data are handled in Setlyy.</p>
<h4>What data is sent to Setlyy?</h4>
<p>During connection and synchronization, the plugin sends data needed to identify the Setlyy workspace and return the correct configuration, such as:</p>
