Fraud Prevention For WooCommerce and EDD

I went to this plugin to block the quite usual @abbuzz.com spammer on WooCommerce but as domain blocking is allowed only in premium version, the plugin is useless for me. By chance, there is a dedicated plugin for this problem.

UPDATE: as the plugin gives the opportunity to block domains, I consider it’s a quite good tool to protect your shop against bots.

<p>An extension for the WooCommerce that allows for the blacklisting customer details (Billing Phone, Billing Email and IP address). Admin can blacklist the customer information manually through the setting or can edit the order page and black the customer’s details into blacklist.</p>
<p>Another key features of this plugin is that it tracks the number of fraud order attempts for payment gateways like Credit Card, Electronic Check and blacklist the customer if the number of fraud attempts exceeds the limit set in the backend setting. When customer knows the correct patterns for payment fields of electronic check or credit card, they may try to create to multiple failed order. This plugin will track those attempts, cancel the order automatically and black the customer automatically from checking out in future.</p>

Woo Manage Fraud Orders

This plugin eventually becomes essential on all WooCommerce stores. Maybe for fraud. Maybe when one customer is rude to customer service and you want to block them.

It's very straightforward to use – users are automatically blocked if they place too many failed orders. And they can be added to the blacklist either with a single click in the order edit view, or in the plugin's settings which has a set different ways to block a user (name, phone, IP, email address, email domain, billing/shipping address).

Support is very responsive. I suggested a few changes and the author quickly incorporated them.

Frankly, this plugin should be sold on WooCommerce.com!
