This extension enables you to sell and rent (optionally DRM protected) digital content such as DVDs (incl. all menus, bonus material, etc.), video (HD+SD), audio books, ebooks (epub and PDF) and packaged content such as HTML, Flash, images, etc.

Customers can consume the content on virtually all platforms and access the content also on multiple devices. While doing so the content is transparently end-to-end protected and you can freely define usage time frames, device limitations, regional limitations, and much more.
Everything included for getting started
You can encode, package, encrypt and upload your content right within WooCommerce/Wordpress or use desktop software (free download for Windows and Mac) to get your content ready for sale. The content distribution is done via our content delivery network (CDN) to ensure a high bandwidth distribution to a world wide audience.
More features for content stores
This extension includes not only the backend features to set up your content but also shop frontend features so you can present trailers and about guiding people after the checkout. It also includes a digital locker for customer to log in and access their purchased content at a later time.
Easy to use DRM control
You don’t need to be an expert in DRM to get your content sales up can running. DRM is applied automatically during upload and you can select from various pre-defined licenses. You can even offer customers the option to select between licenses (e.g. download-to-own or rental) at different prices.
Digital Content Marketplace
In addition to your own content, use the Digital Content Marketplace to resell content from others or offer your content for 3rd parties to sell and earn royalties from each sale.

One of the worst supported plugins I have ever worked with. When things in their plugin are broken, because of a WooCommerce update that they did not test for, they blame the clients. One of the worst experiences of our life. Obviously six one star reviews in a row says it all!

I rarely give reviews but this one I Love love love. Just got this plugin and it's the best! And working perfectly. Please keep it as it is so it doesn't break!

SimpleDRM enables you to sell DRM-protected media from your Woocommerce shop. Just install the plugin, register at https://lector.paradimage.es and start selling.
Very much like Amazon Kindle or iTunes, when your customers buy digital goods at your shop, the contents become available at the Paradimage Reader app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.paradimage.reader). The reader is a free app for Android equipped with DRM protection, that is, the customers cannot download or copy your media. We will charge you an extremely reduced fee for the use of the Reader by your customers (less than 0,50 USD per customer, one-off). The Reader is designed to provide access to all the shops installing the plugin, so that the user experiences all the media in one place. Your shop will be highly visible for your customers: the logo, description and access to the catalog will be boldly shown in the main screen.
To protect your media, the Reader uses PGP encryption, a combination of AES-128, RSA-256 and RSA-2048. Check all the security features at https://lector.paradimage.es. Regarding privacy, we will not host or have access to your media files. We will not handle sensitive data like your customers passwords.
