As off WooCommerce 2.0 this plugin DOES NO LONGER WORK! It’s no longer in development (it was/is just a quick n’ dirty fix) BUT if you’re interested in making something with this I’m accepting pull requests over at Github (https://github.com/davidpaulsson/WooCommerce-Invoice-Payment-Gateway).
This plugin does NOT create the invoices for you. It only completes the order and sends out the order confirmation emails. The actual invoices still needs to be created and sent to the customer.

PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce – Challan

It was a bit of a surprise to discover that invoices and packing slips aren't part of WooCommerce. Fortunately, this plugin was freely available and creates very attractive packing slips or invoices right out of the box. Nice how Challan includes the WP site logo and title in the resulting PDFs. It's also highly configurable and pertinent text can be overridden where needed.
