The plugin allows quickly customizing the messages WooCommerce displays to the customer when shipping is not available: 
1. “No shipping options were found” on the cart page (<a href="https://ps.w.org/wc-no-shipping-message/assets/screenshot-3.png" rel="nofollow ugc">screenshot</a>)
