WP All Backup

Hello there I tested this tool with 2 different projects and successfully tested FTP settings and the file backup never worked. Only the database backup.
However I do not give the -2 stars because it did not work however the user is not noticed if something goes wrong. The backup type is "Complete" and it looks like everything is fine - however in the backup files is only the SQL not any files.
Please correct me if I am wrong and at least make sure that the user is notified if something goes wrong.
