I decided to review your plugin BEFORE testing it because the idea should be in core. I don’t like Gutenberg but plan to use it on some sites as page builder and I think I will love your plugin.

Even if the block editor UI is getting better and better, this keyboard shortcup is still super useful. Thanks Maxime 👍

Does what it says it will do

Thanks Maxime, your plugin saves me a lot of time.
It doesn't seem to be a big deal, but these few borders improve the editor interface a lot. Maybe one day in core... ? :-)

Just a little note: I searched a while before finding the keyboard shortcut to use to activate the feature. Maybe the information would be welcome directly in the plugin description.

Simple and effective

For reasons that are difficult to understand, Gutenberg devs have decided to gradually remove any kind of block outline. This plugin brings back this necessary feature. Thanks.

Great plugin!

Reveals the blocks invisible lines better than what the EditorsKit does (way better), BUT, you have to make sure that you use the key. shortcut while you have not selected any block, otherwise the shortcut will also change that selected block's alignment to the right. Maybe having a different shortcut would be another way to go, or even better, a button instead on the top toolbar.

Otherwise, excellent plugin, I am sticking to the 5 stars,

<p>Post Descriptions lets you attach short notes or descriptions to posts and pages — ideal for internal reminders, content planning, or small to-do’s. Use it solo or with your team to stay organized directly in the WordPress admin.</p>

<p><strong>Adding Post Descriptions</strong><br />
You can add a description in two ways:<br />
1. From the full Edit screen<br />
2. From the Quick Edit option on the posts/pages overview</p>
<p><strong>Viewing Post Descriptions</strong><br />
Descriptions are visible:<br />
1. In a dedicated column on the posts or pages overview — with a customizable column title<br />
2. As a post state — the small bold label next to the post title</p>
<p><strong>Post State Toggle</strong><br />
By default, post descriptions are not shown as post states (the bold label next to your post title). You can enable this in Settings > Post Descriptions. If enabled, longer descriptions might clutter your view — you can toggle it off again in the settings.</p>
