With the Custom Login Page, you can change the background image of your login page, the background image/colo of your login form div, the main logo image of your login page, and add custom CSS. 
All through a simple interface. Remember to view the Help tab at the top of the settings page for the plugin.

Wordpress Custom Login Page allows you to change the background image, logo, form div attributes, and custom css of you Wordpress login page.

Customize the login page with following settings :

<li>Link on the logo</li>
<li>Background image</li>
<li>Background position, repetition and cover parameter</li>
<li>Favicon image</li>
<li>Classic or Material style</li>
<li>Light or Dark ambience</li>
<li>Buttons and borders color</li>
<li>Logo background color</li>
</ul>
Also :
<ul>
<li>Removes WordPress logo and version in the back-office</li>
<li>Removes WordPress welcome widget and WordPress News Widget on the back-office dashboard</li>
<li>Automatically check ‘Remember me’ on the login page</li>
<li>Removes ‘Proudly powered by WordPress’ on the login page (mouse hovering on the logo)</li>
