<p>Test jQuery Updates is an official plugin by the WordPress team that is intended for testing of jQuery before updating it in WordPress. It is not intended for use in production.</p>
<p>Version 3.0.2 of the plugin is intended for testing of jQuery 4.0.0-rc.1 in WordPress 6.9 and later.</p>
<p>If you find a bug in a jQuery related script <a href="https://github.com/WordPress/wp-jquery-update-test/issues" rel="nofollow ugc">please report it</a>.</p>
<h4>Default settings</h4>
<p>When activated this plugin will replace the bundled version of jQuery with the version from this plugin. There are no other settings at this time. To stop testing please deactivate the plugin.</p>

<p>This plugin simply packages the <a href="https://github.com/stowball/jQuery-rwdImageMaps" rel="nofollow ugc">RWD Image Maps</a> jQuery plugin for use in WordPress, providing an easy way to make image maps responsive in a WordPress theme.</p>
<p>This plugin is licensed under the GPLv2, and the jQuery plugin is licensed under the MIT license.</p>
<h3>Javascript Warning</h3>
<p>It goes without saying, but the RWD Image Maps jQuery plugin requires javascript to be enabled in the user’s browser for it to work its magic.</p>
