A hash map containing the information used to send the email. Keys include:<br />
  to, <code>subject</code>, <code>message</code>, <code>headers</code>, <code>attachments</code></li>

<li><strong>Where:</strong> To the regional SES API endpoint (e.g. <code>https://email.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com</code>), depending on your configuration.</li>
<li><strong>Is an account required?</strong> Yes, you must have an active AWS account with SES access and a verified email/domain.</li>
