<h4>This project is no longer under development:</h4>
<p>Due to the osTicket versions always changing basic database aspects we felt it was simply not stable enough to be used in production.<br />
It simply takes too much time and effort to keep up with all the recodes on each version and too many bugs pop up as a result of it.<br />
We have therefor moved on to a different ticketing system and developed different portal plugin for it. (we have not yet made this portal public but might do so in the future).<br />

<p>This is a rebuild of the original OSTicket WP Bridge plugin<br />
Because the original plugin was no longer developed we decided to make a new plugin out of it.<br />
adding new features, fixing old bugs and security flaws.</p>

<li>Admin internal notes from osTicket.</li>
<li>Admin Canned responses from osTicket.</li>
<li>Create ticket as Admin.</li>
<li>Multi-language support.</li>
</ul>
