<p>YellowLab Stop Core Emails adds a focused settings page under Settings > Stop Core Emails, where administrators can disable selected native WordPress email notifications.</p>
<p>You can manage email notifications for:</p>

<p>The plugin does not block updates, user actions, comments, or recovery features. It only disables the selected email notifications.</p>
<p>After activation, open Settings > Stop Core Emails or use the Settings link on the Plugins screen.</p>

I like this plugin because it takes away the mundane task up updating everything on sites that do not to be babysat. Yeah, it seems to miss some plugins, like iThemes, but that's not surprising since they have their own proprietary update system (so it seems). Handy!
