It also verifies the Client ID using: 
https://api.zitochat.com/
When the plugin is active, the following data may be sent to Zitochat services:

<li>The configured Client ID for account verification</li>
<li>Visitor chat messages and interaction data</li>
<li>Basic browser and device information required for chat functionality</li>
</ul>
These requests are made only when the chat widget is loaded or when the site administrator verifies the Client ID.
