How to use it

1. Install and activate the AA Health Calculator plugin in WordPress.
2. Go to the admin panel to configure premium options if needed.
3. Insert the shortcode `[aa-health-calculator]` into any post, page, or widget.
4. Visitors enter their weight (kg) and height (cm) in the calculator form.
5. Click the “Calculate BMI” button to see their BMI and health info.
6. Use options to share, email, or download the BMI report as PDF.

Installation

1. Download the AA Health Calculator plugin ZIP file.
2. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
3. Go to Plugins > Add New and click Upload Plugin.
4. Choose the downloaded ZIP file and click Install Now.
5. Activate the plugin after installation completes.
6. Configure settings under Settings > AA Health Calculator if needed.
