Adapter Gravity Add-On

• Set an opt-in form to show at the end of every post.
• Must have the Gravity Forms plugin.

1. Install and activate Gravity Forms
2. Upload and activate this plugin via wp-admin/plugin-install.php
3. In the left of your Admin screen, click “Forms”
4. Scroll over one of your forms, and click “Form Settings”
5. Scroll down to Form Options
6. Select “Display at the bottom of every post”

   In /wp-admin, go the form > Form Settings > Form Options > "Display at the bottom of every post"
