Display the APPA / PSP World Rankings via shortcode. Displays current season by default, or a previous season if specified.

Installation
- Upload the ‘appa-world-rankings’ plugin to your plugin folder: ‘/wp-content/plugins/’
- Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
- Create a post or page, and place this shortcode at the beginning of the post: [appa_world_rankings]
- If you would like to display a past season (no earlier than 2012), you may specify the season as follows: [appa_world_rankings season=2012]
