From your WordPress dashboard

1. Visit Plugins > Add New
2. Search for Breaking News Ticker
3. Activate Breaking News Ticker from your Plugins page.
4. Add Breaking News widget to your sidebar or if you want to show news ticker via php code, just copy this <?php do_action('show_bnt'); ?> code and place in your theme templates php files. [eg:header.php, footer.php]

From FTP

1. Download Breaking News Ticker Zip Folder.
2. Upload the Breaking News Ticker zip folder to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
3. Activate Breaking News Ticker from your Plugins page.
