1. Upload bulk-menu-creator directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
3. In case you don’t see Bulk menu in Appearance > Menus, just click on top right Screen Options and activate it
