Your blog site served with the content type text/cache-manifest. If you are running an Apache-based web server, you can probably just put an AddType directive in the .htaccess file at the root of your web directory:
AddType text/cache-manifest .manifest

Installation

Use cache manifest in wordpress themes, and the plugin will create a cache manifest file in your current blog theme?s directory.You can install it through the admin interface or manually:

  1. Upload cache_manifest_for_wp_themes.php to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
  3. That\’s all.
