Create and manage your Email signatures for Outlook, Mail, Thunderbird.

CampaignDot uses users profiles to createcpixel perfect email signatures. You set your company’s logo, colors, address, social network, that all your email signatures will use.

This information is global and will be used for all users of your wordpress website.

A “Banner” submenu allows to manage a communication/marketing banner. Once you send each user their email signature, they just need to copy and paste into his signature in any mail client (Outlook, Mail, Thunderbird, Webmail…).

CampaignDot PRO gives you more email signature templates : one olumn, two columns, with or without the user’s profile photo.

QrCode

A Qrcode is generated in the PRO version. When scanned with a smartphone, this QRcode directs the visitor to a beautiful profile page with a “Download VCard” button for easy integration into the address book.

Stats, segmentation, bannere scheduling

CampaignDot Pro allows creation of dynamic banners for each post and set a start and end date.
For marketing segmentation, each user can belong to a category so that banners with the proper category will show in their email signature.

1. Upload plugin files to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/campaigndot’ directory, or install it through the WordPress plugins screen
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
3. Click on the new menu item “Company” and fill the company details
4. Each user can fill detailed info (first name, last name, mobile number, skype account,…)
