Category Excluder from Theme Customizer

Administrator can simply opt out the categories he does not want to show on blog page directly via theme customizer. He need not use a wordpress code / php code to exclude categories from his blog. Even he need not go to setting pages created by other plugin in wp admin section and do this.

1. Upload cetc.zip to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress

   Open theme customizer and open the Category Excluder ( Blog with un-excluded categories is showing )

   Select the categories to be excluded ( Now Blog do not show any posts , because I opted all the categories )
