External Services

The plugin downloads a widget JavaScript file from the Expertise AI CDN and calls Expertise AI’s API to obtain configuration for the embedded AI widget.

1. Upload the plugin ZIP to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
2. Activate the plugin via Plugins → Installed Plugins in WordPress.
3. Click Expertise AI in the WP admin sidebar.
4. Log in-or-sign-up at the Expertise AI web app.
5. Copy the Platform ID from Add AI Nav → WordPress in your Expertise AI dashboard.
6. Paste the ID into the plugin settings and click Save Settings.
7. Done! Your AI chatbot widget is now live.
