1. Upload the plugin folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
3. Configure the table of contents behaviour and appearance in the plugin settings.
4. Start editing post or page where you want to display TOC.
5. Find the metabox “CM Table of Contents” and check the option “Enable Table of Contents on this post/page”.
