Automatic Installation (Recommended)

Does the live chat work without Telegram?

Yes! Telegram is completely optional. You can reply to all chats directly from your WordPress dashboard. Telegram just adds mobile notifications and the ability to reply from your phone.

Will this chat plugin slow down my website?

No. Cnvrse is built for performance — under 50KB total, vanilla JavaScript, no jQuery dependency. Scripts load asynchronously and won’t affect your PageSpeed score. We’ve tested on sites with 100k+ monthly visitors.

Is visitor data sent to external servers?

Never. All conversations are stored in your WordPress database. The only external call is to Telegram (if you enable it) to deliver your replies. No analytics, no tracking, no third-party scripts.

Can I customize the chat widget colors?

Yes. Go to Cnvrse Settings to change the primary color, widget title, subtitle, and welcome message. The widget automatically adapts to look great on any theme.

Does it work with WooCommerce?

Absolutely. Cnvrse works with any WordPress theme or plugin, including WooCommerce, Elementor, Divi, and all major page builders. It’s built on native WordPress APIs.

How long are conversations stored?

In the free Lite version, conversations are stored for 24 hours — perfect for real-time support. Cnvrse Pro offers permanent conversation storage with full history and search.

Is it GDPR compliant?

Yes. Cnvrse doesn’t use tracking cookies, doesn’t send data to third parties, and stores everything in your database. You control the data. Add a chat consent notice if required in your jurisdiction.

Can multiple team members use it?

The Lite version supports single-agent use. Cnvrse Pro (coming soon) adds multi-agent support with conversation assignment and team collaboration.
