comment validation

Validation Plugin comments. The plugin is based on js-script jquery.validate.
The plugin does not require any settings and works automatically for standard WordPress comments, of course, if you have a standard theme.

1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/plugin-name directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress
   plugins screen directly.
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
3. Use the Settings->Plugin Name screen to configure the plugin
