Installation
- Upload plugin files to your plugins folder, or install using WordPress built-in Add New Plugin installer
- Activate the plugin
- Edit a form in Contact Form 7
- Choose “Star Rating” from the Generate Tag dropdown
- Follow the instructions on the page
