Custom Template Creator

Custom Template Creator is a plugin allowing you to easily create or edit custom page templates without having to modify your theme and without the need of creating a child-theme.
You can clone the content from any existing template and edit it as you wish. Because this plugin allows you to edit the php of the template directly you have full access to how the page should look.
You can select per page which template you would like to use and easily switch between templates as you wish.

1. To install from the Plugins repository:

   • In the WordPress Admin, go to “Plugins > Add New.”
   • Type “custom template creator eyeseet” in the “Search” box and click “Search Plugins.”
   • Locate “Custom Template creator” in the list and click “Install Now.”

2. To install manually:

   • Download Link In Bio from https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-template-creator/
   • In the WordPress Admin, go to “Plugins > Add New.”
   • Click the “Upload” link at the top of the page.
   • Browse for the zip file, select and click “Install.”

3. In the WordPress Admin, go to “Plugins > Installed Plugins.” Locate “Custom Template Creator” in the list and click “Activate.”

4. Go to “Pages” > “Custom Templates” to edit your templates.

   • The free version has three templates that can be edited.
   • If you want to make changes to your current theme page template select “Theme Default” in the dropdown of the edit page and click “Clone”.

5. When editing pages you can select your custom template to be applicable to that page by selecting it in de “Template” dropdown in the “Page Attributes”.
