Widget providing code for Dakujeme.SME.sk donation form

Install the plugin from the repository.
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
Add the widget to your blog through the ‘Apperance’ -> ‘Widgets’ menu in WordPress.
When the widget is added, you have to set the ID of your organisation. You can find the id in URL of dakujeme.sme.sk, e. g. if this linked to your organization http://dakujeme.sme.sk/organizacia/178/pmat-no then the ID is 178.
Set the widget settings through the ‘Apperance’ -> ‘Widgets’ menu in WordPress. You have to set the ID of your organisation and can optionally set the header for widget.
