1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.

2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress

3. Find this Developer Tool settings page under the Settings in WP admin menu

This plugin grants you the access of debug.log file. Which generates all PHP notices / warnings / errors. This provides you the easiness in WP debugging.

No you don’t need to. This plugin provides you the form under Settings > Devloper Tool, which enables your debug mode. And in the error log section you can see the errors that you are facing.
