Where can I find my API keys?

Create a free Dibsy account here, if you don’t already have one.
Go to Settings > API Keys.
Toggle between test mode to find test and live API keys.
If you can’t toggle to live mode, please complete the merchant onboarding form, and get approved by our team.

Does this plugin require an SSL certificate?

Yes! In Live Mode, an SSL certificate must be installed on your site to use Dibsy. In addition to SSL encryption, Dibsy is PCI compliant which means we take an extra step to secure card data.

I am still facing issues. Where can I get support?

Please contact [email protected] with your Dibsy Merchant ID and describe your problem with as much details as possible. Include screenshots where appropriate. If you get stuck, you can ask for help in the Plugin Forum.

Can I use Dibsy in my country?

At this moment, Dibsy is only available in Qatar, but rest assured, we’re working hard to expand to additional countries.
