Email Notification Protected Post

Email Notification Protected Post adds metabox in the selected post types. Admin can send password stored for any password protected page/post by specifying email in metabox.
Customization options are also given in Menu item by name of Email Notification Settings to customize Email template and enable/diable this functionality on certain post types. Following are the two tabs that are available to admin as settings of this plugin.

1) Email Customization.
2) Post Types.

Email customization tab gives admin the ability to customize email template which will be sent to receiver. Placeholders/Shortcodes are also given to make customization easy and dynamic.
Post types tab gives admin the ability to select post type on which he wants to display this metabox. Its important to check this option for post types on which you want metabox to appear.

1. Upload the plugin files to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
3. Use the Dashboard > Email Notification Settings to configure the settings of the plugin especially Post type tab.

Manual Installation

Navigate to the ‘Add New’ in the plugins dashboard
Navigate to the ‘Upload’ area
Select email_notification_protected_post.zip from your computer
Click ‘Install Now’
Activate the plugin in the Plugin dashboard

Using FTP

Download email_notification_protected_post.zip
Extract the email_notification_protected_post.zip directory to your computer
Upload the email_notification_protected_post.zip directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin in the Plugin dashboard

Q) Which post types can use this plugin?
A: The post types have editor capability are allowed to use this plugin.

Q) I cant see metabox on my Posts/Pages/Custom Post Type?
A: You have to enable it from Post types tab area under Dashboard > Email Notification Settings > Post Types

Q) How can i add Multiple emails at once?
A: You can add multiple emails with comma seperation, e.g [email protected], [email protected]

Q) Is the password random generated?
A: No, you need to make post/page password protected, This plugin only sends email notification to user.

Q) What if my post is not password protected?
A: Specifying email address for post which is not password protected will show a notice to make post password protected.

Q) Still my users are not receiving emails, What might be the problem?
A: Please check Junk folder, There is an issue with your SMTP settings. Configure it properly so emails should land right in inbox.
