Description
When logging in, users will be required to enter a verification code that is sent to the email address associated with their WordPress account.
The feature will not actually be active after the plugin installation, until one site administrator managed to successfully send a test email.
Login email template
You can edit the template used when sending the login email to match your site design. But the template must contain the %CODE% placeholder otherwise it will not be saved. This string will be replaced by the actual code when a user log into your site
Installation
Uploading in WordPress Dashboard
- Navigate to the ‘Add New’ in the plugins dashboard
- Navigate to the ‘Upload’ area
- Select
emlg-tfa.zipfrom your computer - Click ‘Install Now’
- Activate EMLG TFA in the Plugin dashboard
Using FTP

emlg-tfadirectory to your computer - Upload the
emlg-tfadirectory to the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate EMLG TFA in the Plugin dashboard

You will be logged in without the need of entering the verification code. But the Two-Factor Authentication via Email will be disabled until you Re-checked successfully your WordPress email capability.
