Upload the directory encrypt-login-password to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory (Example: /wp-content/plugins/encrypt-login-password/ )
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
Then your password will autometically encrypted at the time of login form submission.
