The Exei AI-Chatbot plugin enables seamless integration of an AI-powered Chatbot trained on your own data. This plugin enhances user engagement, automates responses, and provides instant support on your WordPress website.

How It Works:
1. Install and activate the Exei AI-Chatbot plugin.
2. Enter your API key in the plugin settings. This key is used to authenticate and validate your access.
3. The plugin communicates with our API(Exei API) to verify your credentials and retrieve Chatbot configuration details.
4. Once validated, an iframe is dynamically generated and embedded on your website, allowing visitors to interact with the Chatbot in real time.

With Exei AI-Chatbot, you can provide personalized, AI-driven support to your users effortlessly.

This plugin connects to an API to verify the user and retrieve configuration settings for the Exei AI Chatbot. These settings are required to initialize and personalize the Chatbot experience within the widget.

It sends basic user identification data (such as a token or session ID) each time the widget is loaded. If the data is missing or the verification fails, a fallback guest session with default settings is applied. We use backend URL(https://api.exei.ai) for this task.

Additionally, this widget requests access to the user’s microphone to enable voice interaction features. Microphone access is prompted within the iframe context and requires explicit user consent before activation.

This plugin uses Google Fonts (Poppins, Lobster, Montserrat, Open Sans, Playfair Display, Roboto ) via styleSheet for rendering dynamic front-end UI. Fonts are GPL-compatible and usage follows WordPress.org plugin guidelines.
