The easiest to use rating option in comment! Fa Comment Rating plugin allows you to add a rating field in your comment from. Rating would be visible after comment content.

You can modify user comment rating by your dashboard comment screen.

I installed the plugin but cannot see the rating field in comment from

This plugin will only add rating field for non register user.

1. 

   Default view of rating field is before submit button

   You can inspect element to change default style and style as you like

3. 

   Your custom css just paste in your thems style.css file

4. 

   Admin can change rating from dashboard comment screen
