1. Upload the fixed-and-sticky-header folder to the directory /wp-content/plugins/.
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
3. Goto fixed header option in setting on dashboard, now add your header’s “class” or “id” and save your settings.
