Use of 3rd Party Service

Flash Express Malaysia uses an external service to connect this plugin to the Flash Official dashboard.

This enables us to manage your WooCommerce orders straight to your Flash dashboard.

By connecting to this external service, we are able to create and cancel tracking number for respective order and configure your dashboard webhook to receive order status update automatically.

In addition, the tracking number displayed are linked to Flash Official Track & Trace.

1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
3. Use the Flash MY screen to configure the plugin.

Q: Can’t log in to my Flash Express account?
A：Please contact your Flash Express sales representative for assistance.

Q: What if my parcel pickup fails?
A：You can re-submit a pickup request to arrange another courier visit.

Q: Can I log out after placing an order?
A：Yes, the system will continue to update the parcel status. However, you won’t be able to place orders, cancel orders, or print AWBs while logged out.
