External Services

This plugin connects to the FlowGent AI service (flowgent.ai) to embed the AI chatbot widget on your site.

• Service Used: FlowGent AI Chatbot Embedding Script
• Purpose: To display and operate the interactive AI chatbot widget on your website pages.
• Data Sent: When the chatbot script (embed.js) loads, it uses the provided Chat Widget ID to fetch the specific chatbot configuration for your account. User interactions with the chatbot are processed by FlowGent AI servers to provide responses. No personal data from your WordPress site (other than the Chat Widget ID) is sent by this plugin to FlowGent AI.

1. Upload the flowgent-ai-chatbot folder to /wp-content/plugins/.
2. Activate the plugin via the Plugins menu.
3. Go to Settings > FlowGent Chatbot and enter your Chat Widget ID.
4. Don’t have a Chat Widget ID? Sign up at FlowGent.ai to get one!
