Description
This plugin registers a new module in Divi page builder “Formidable” which allows to easily select any forms and also allows to enable form title, or description.

Installation
This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.
- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/pluginsdirectory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress. Make sure to activate Divi & Formidable before activating this plugin.
- Edit any page with divi page builder and add new module “Formidable”
