FormMakerFormViewer

FormMakerFormViewer adds the functionality to publicly display submits to the FormMaker plugin. As user submits can be displayed directly to the wordpress website this can greatly improve user engagement in quizes and polls.

This plugin is also useful in many other case such as event signup, testamonials or reviews.

Requirements

• Form Maker plugin updated to at least version 1.12.42

• WordPress updated to at least version 4.9.9

While the plugin may work with older versions of WordPress and Form Maker, however this may expose your WordPress installation to security vulnerabilities and therefore we do not support any versions before 4.9.9 or 1.12.42 respectively.

1. Download the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Directory by pressing Plugins-> Add New in the admin panel and searching for the plugin.

2. Activate the plugin at Plugins -> Installed Plugins and pressing activate.

3. Now you can use this plugin by

   • Adding a widget to the website via the Customizer

   • Adding a widget to the website via Appearance -> widgets in the admin panel

   • Adding a widget to pages and posts using the site origin page builder

   • Adding a widget to pages and posts using shortcodes in Gutenberg ( WordPress version => 5.0 )

   • Adding a widget to pages and posts using shortcodes in the Classic editor ( WordPress < 5.0 )

Does FormMakerFormViewer have any requirements

FormMakerFormViewer requires at least Form Maker version 1.12.42 and WordPress version 4.9.9 to be installed.

What data will be publicly available on the website

Only the contents of data fields selected in the dashboard will be available for viewing. The website administrator has full control over what content is being displayed.
