This plugin uses the OpenAI API, a third-party service, to generate chatbot responses.

Service Used: OpenAI API (https://platform.openai.com)
Data Sent: User messages entered into the chatbot interface
Purpose: To generate AI-based responses using GPT models
Service Provider: OpenAI, L.L.C.
Data Transmission Conditions: Data is sent only when a user interacts with the chatbot. The data is transmitted securely via HTTPS to the OpenAI servers.

No data is stored on our servers. The API key is provided and managed by the site administrator.
