Official Fyndle plugin for WordPress. This plugin is for Fyndle customers who want to add the Fyndle script to their WordPress website in order to enable Fyndle treasure hunts.

What is Fyndle?

Fyndle is a visitor engagement tool that allows you to host treasure hunts on your website. Watch our video to find out more:

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/fyndle-setup directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
3. To activate Fyndle you will need the Fyndle Website Code. You can find this in your Fyndle account by first adding your website (the big red button). Once you have added your website, click the ‘Activate Fyndle’ button, select ‘WordPress’ and then copy your unique Fyndle website code.
4. Use the Settings->Fyndle Setup screen and paste your Fyndle Website Code in the field
5. After you have added the code, press ‘Save’ and the plugin will add the Fyndle script to your website
6. In your Fyndle Dashboard (http://customer.fyndle.com), you can now press ‘activate script’ to make sure the script is working correctly on your website
7. You are now ready to start hosting treasure hunts on your website!

What is Fyndle?

Fyndle lets you host treasure hunts in your online store. If you are a Fyndle customer, this plugin allows you to easily integrate Fyndle with your own WordPress website.

What do I need to use this plugin?

You will need a Fyndle account (www.fyndle.com). Once you have an account, you can add your WordPress website, copy your Fyndle Website Code, and add it in the Fyndle Setup plugin. It will add a script to your website that allows you to set up treasure hunts using the Fyndle website. Please read the installation instructions for a step-by-step guide to getting and activating Fyndle on your WordPress website.

   Once the plugin is installed, all you need to do is paste your Fyndle Website Code into the text field and press 'Save'.
