Feedbacking – Lets users comment your design – Experimental

Feedbacking makes it easy to comment design and other elements of a site.
Consider this plugin a public beta, there are known issues, and they can be found at
https://github.com/GooseStudio/gs-feedbacking/issues

In order to use this plugin unless you are an administrator you need to give your users the necessary capabilities.

1. Download the plugin from the link provided in your order email
2. Upload the zip file to your site
3. Activate the plugin

Give users the necessary capabilities. The plugin uses following capabilities

• edit_feedback
• read_feedback
• read_others_feedback
• delete_feedback
• edit_feedback
• edit_others_feedback
• publish_feedback
• read_private_feedback

1. 

   This is the "activate feedback mode" button.

2. 

   When feedback mode is activated you will see circles with numbers in them if there is feedback connected with an page element.

3. 

   When you hover over elements you can give feedback on a red dashed border is shown.

4. 

   When you click an element you will see a feedback form.

5. 

   If you click tack a screenshot the UI will be hidden, you will se a crosshair, click and drag to take a screenshot. You can then draw in the screenshot.

6. 

   After clicking "Attach screenshot" the form will be visible again and preview of screenshot is added. (Important: currently you cannot retake a screenshot)

7. 

   The feedback is listed in the administration under the "Feedback" menu.
