Header-Marquee

This plugin enables to display marquee message (text scrolling horizontally).

Use styling (font, decoration) and links to make your message clear. You can change background, position, speed and colours of your text. You can add and turn on –TinyMCE Advanced– plugin to enable more styling features.

1. Upload plugin content to your WordPress plugin directory
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
3. Change plugin parameters in Settings/Header-Marquee

Q: How to change my background to be identical as used in webpage?
A: Check your background colour id (e.g. use Firefox, use function Firefox –Page Inspector– (right click you mouse on webpage) and you check background on HTML, for example:
body {
background: #f1f1f1;
}
Write this value (e.g. #f1f1f1) in Background Color parameter.

Q: How to change scrolling speed?
A: Use “Scrolling Speed” option and “Scrolling speed for other then Chrome browsers” option.

Q: How to have access to more text decoration options #e.g. Colour of font#
A: Install –TinyMCE Advanced– plugin
